Was born in Tijuana
, Mexico in 1964. He received his Law Degree from the
Autonomous University of Baja California in 1986. In 1988
he obtained his Diploma as a specialist in Private and
Business Law from the National Autonomous University in
Mexico City . In October 1994, Mr. López received
a Diploma in "Introduction
to the Legal Regime of the United States of America " from
the University of San Diego (U.S.D.). During his career,
Mr. López has acquired broad experience in cross
border litigation, secured transactions, collections and
agreements.

born in Mexico City in 1975. He received his Degree in
Foreign Affairs and Customs from Iberoamerican University
in 1996. Currently, he is a candidate for the Law Degree
at the same University. Mr. Martínez has
extended working experience in International Commerce and
continuously updates his knowledge in seminars. He is a
specialist on NAFTA and the Maquiladora regimes.

in La Paz , Bolivia , in 1962. She obtained her Degree in
Communications in Spanish and English from the International
Christian University in Mitaka , Japan , in 1985. Ms. Kawarabata
has been certified as interpreter for Spanish, Japanese
and English by the Superior Court of the State of Baja California,
Mexico. She specializes in translating for commercial and
business clients, in particular relating to he Maquiladora
industry. Her services are also often requested by the courts
for labor and commercial litigations.

his career, Mr. Navarro has acquired experience in litigation
(Criminal, Civil, Family, Mercantile and Amparo). In 2000
enroll into Eight Federal Courthouse from Federal Justice
Department working as Official Court Clerk. As public clerk
received several seminars for Courthouse Secretary, Unitary
and Collegiate Courthouse Secretary as well as Study and Account
Secretary for the Mexican Supreme Court.
